Getting To Madison

Joing us at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in downtown Madison, WI!  Most events will take place at the Convention Center, in addition to side events located within a short distance from the conference venue, around Madison's beautiful downtown & UW campus areas.  Conference coordinators, volunteers, and Monona Terrace staff will be available to answer questions and help with any needs during your stay in Madison. Please note there is construction around the capitol square, and higher levels of traffic during the summer. Please plan for some extra time to travel to & from the conference.

To get to Madison...

By Air Travel:

Dane County Regional Airport (MSN)

Located in Madison, WI, just seven miles away from Monona Terrace in downtown Madison. Delta, American Eagle, Frontier, and United airlines serve MSN airport.

General Mitchell International Airport (MKE)

Mitchell Airport is in Milwaukee, WI, eighty miles from Madison. Travelers may choose to arrive via MKE airport as it offers a few more options for direct flights.

Chicago's O'Hare & Midway airports are about one hundred-fifty miles from Madison, WI, and a great option for those wishing to save a little more $ on flights.  Chicago's airports serve a much wider range of U.S. and international cities, and airlines.

Getting Around Madison

Madison's Public Transit

*For getting around Madison using Metro Transit, we recommend using a mobile app. Google maps on the bus setting or UW Bus work well.

Madison is one of the most bike friendly cities in the U.S., and offers many b-cycle stations for rentals on the go. See the conference map below for b-cycle station locations.

Parking at the Monona Terrace

Parking at Monona Terrace is on a first-come, first-serve basis, except in special cases.  Additional parking in Madison lots are available in the downtown area, within easy walking distance from the conference venue.
